Role within JAIF
Fraunhofer IAIS contributes to JAIF in the areas of AI model training and optimisation, AI services and inference, and domain applications for the media and public sectors. Its key responsibilities include training and optimising next-generation AI models on JUPITER's exascale infrastructure, developing and operating JAIF's AI service infrastructure including the AI Service Catalogue and scalable inference services on JARVIS, leading the development of AI applications for education, culture, and media, and contributing to making JAIF's results and services visible to the wider community and engaging users across all target groups.
